Our Delicious Pancake recipe
1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. Mix milk, banana and applesauce. 3. Slowly stir wet ingredients into the dry bowl. (Use a spoon or a mixer.) 4. Add melted butter and stir. 5. Pour onto hot pan or griddle. Have an adult add 3-4 chocolate chips per pancake before flipping. We had snack 'restaurant style'. It was a good thing we had some big kid helpers (Preucil alumni Noe & Samuel Richman (Jen's children), Kenley Williamson (Kirsten's daughter) and Nadia Spragg (my daughter) to help out.
Menu: Pancakes, with choice of chocolate chips, maple syrup, canned whipped cream or homemade whipped cream We ended our day with a Preucil alumni violin concert. Thanks Noe, Nadia and Samuel for sharing your talent!
